Pakistan's Official Cellular tariff rates from PTA

I have been receiving loads of emails and comments regarding my previous posts that portrayed my experience with some of the cellular companies in Pakistan. Please be reminded, the previous posts were entirely based on my experiences and should not be treated as a binding to the public.

By this post, I intend to put a cap on the ongoing debate on the tariff rates issue for Telenor Pakistan, Mobilink, Ufone, Paktel and Instaphone.
I’m just posting this “Official” tariff rates announced by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA)

And please be reminded, that the rumor of the Al-Warid telecom tariff rates is baseless.
If Al-Warid was to make a declaration regarding its tariff rates it would use the press or media.
Not some “Aira ghaira nathoo” faltoo person to circulate an email to the entire Pakistani public.

FYI:

Alwarid.com is currently registered and is open for bids (So its not registered by AlWarid Telecom)
alwarid.com.pk is not registered. I have filed a request to register the domain but PKNIC (The chief registrar of .PK domains) is failing to respond to my request.
alwarid.net.pk is available at http://www.pknic.net.pk

I am not aware of any campaigns by Al-Warid in the local press/media. Does anyone know of any word being done by them? (First hand information please)
